    How our trunk shows work

    Step 1

    Book an appointment

    Our trunk shows operate on an appointment basis only. Let us know you would like to meet us and we will arrange an appointment with you at your convenience.
    Step 2

    Come to us or we come to you

    We usually conduct appointments at our hotel, however, we do accommodate our client’s request to visit their homes or offices in case of group appointments. Individual appointments can take anywhere from 45 minutes to one hour.
    Step 3

    Select your design

    Once you have chosen the fabrics and the design for your new garments, we will take your body measurements (we measure our existing clients again in case their measurements changed and update our records accordingly).

    The production and workmanship of your items take place at our workshop facility in Bangkok, Thailand.

    Payment methods

    You can pay for your order by a credit card (please note that we don’t accept cash for trunk show transactions. See why). At the trunk show, we will collect your credit card details and give you a bank receipt (all amount are charged in THB). Alternatively, you can pay by PayPal or a bank wire transfer.
    Step 6

    Delivery time

    It takes about 5-8 weeks to complete and ship your bespoke order to you. You can rest assured that it’s passed our quality check and is fully ready to be worn by you.

    Worried about the
    perfect fit?

    We take accurate measurements and are accountable for the perfect fit of your new clothes. While the success rate is high for our trunk show fittings, there is a small margin for error. In such a scenario, if the construction of the garments is completely off (which is rarely the case), we will ask to have them shipped back. If it is just a minor alteration, we would suggest having it altered locally. In both cases, we will ensure you are compensated for the costs incurred.

    If there is a problem with the fit, please report to us as soon as possible and send us full-length images (taken by someone preferably) of yourself from the front, side and back angle.

    How do you assure the best possible fit for new clients?

    Besides taking multiple body measurements, we recommend our new clients to bring their existing best fitting garments (please don’t wear them), so we can take their measurements for reference. This information together with your photographs, measurements and minimal discrepancies in your posture will be taken into consideration when creating the pattern and cutting fabrics for your garments.

    What if my garments are damaged?

    Once you have received the garments, please carefully inspect and report any defects to us within 7 days. We carry some of the finest fabrics and cannot be liable for any damages due to personal wear. Having said that, we believe purchasing an extra pair of trousers certainly increases the longevity of the suit.

    What is the refund policy?

    We cannot offer full refunds because each one of our clothing is custom made specifically for you. However, we will be working with you until you are fully satisfied.
